MAD’s art work is inspired by the well known Chinese literature "The Little Rock Fountain Journal", written by Liu Zhongyuan during the ancient Tang dynasty of great China.
The architecture piece attempts to take what Liu illustrated in ‘The Little Rock Fountain Journal’ as nature’s poetic expression into the modern living condition. Walking through the left side, turning into a small footpath, the path ahead is a lake surrounded by mountains, in an instance this is left behind and welcomed by a vast plane. The tranquil water surface in the center reflects the thinkers thought as one stands in the void within the space. Following the tunnel like steps, the rooftop platform is in sight. It is in this moment the architecture space and context is amalgamated as one.
